Following the success of Hypebeast’s uncaged iteration of the popular adidas Ultra Boost, the refined silhouette is expected to be introduced in a number of colorways this year, with one of them being a Grey/White finish that we previewed yesterday.
Maintaining its signature breathable primeknit composition, the sneaker is essentially free from its traditional three-stripe cage component that provides additional reinforcement on the upper. This interpretation allows the foot more freedom of movement, as well as exuding minimalist flair. Further detailed with a sock-like collar for a snug fit and TPU overlay on the heel, the sneaker is topped off with a clean White midsole unit.
Showcased in tones of red, black, grey, light green, pink and more, other notable details include matching laces and contrasting outsoles. Expect to find the silhouettes at adidas retailers very soon for a retail price tag of $180.

Author’s Take
I don’t like it as much. I like it more with the caging overall. It’s a nice pair of shoes and these colorways are versatile so it should garner a lot of attention.
