The Air Jordan 2 Wing It is set to be a part of Jordan Brands Poster. The poster collection is a set of Jordan Brand sneakers that are inspired by vintage posters used in old ad campaigns. This particular retro is inspired by a 1986 ad campaign that had a poster that showed Michael Jordan’s feet wearing a pair of Air Jordan 2s that look very similar to the pair you see above, while the words “WING IT.” appear under the shoe.
The Air Jordan 2 comes in a white textured leather upper offset by the black hits found on the midsole, laces, heel and lining. Adding some contrast is the dark grey tongue which happens to house the Jordan Wings logo. The heel tabs of the shoe will have the words “WING” and “IT.” to complete the theme of the shoe. In my opinion, the theme of the shoe is pretty dope. Although the shoe may look a bit subtle, it’s also a very versatile looking shoe that I’m looking forward to pick up.
