We already know that major brands like Nike and adidas will be releasing special-themed sneaker to celebrate All Star Weekend, but another brand that you may have not expected will also be joining in on the festivities.
Ewing Athletics plans on leaving their imprint on All Star Weekend in Toronto by releasing this special colorway of the Ewing 33 Hi. This 33 Hi features purple suede on the majority of the upper with a strip of blue hitting the toe and side panels which also features little stars printed all over. Red detailing has then been added on the eyelets and the maple leaf on the tongue. Lastly we have some hits of white on the midsole and the Patrick Ewing signature on the tongue. The color inspiration comes from Toronto’s three professional sports teams (Raptors, Maple Leafs, Blue Jays) and the Canadian flag.
No release date has been announced yet but the sneaker is expected to release at a pop-up shop in Toronto at In Vintage We Trust in Parkdale during All Star Weekend. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to All Star Weekend.

Being a hardcore Toronto Raptors fan I love the purple upper with red and white detailing. The suede also looks to be of really nice quality. I just can’t really see myself wearing a pair of Ewings though, they just look so bulky.
