The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max may not be one of Nike SB’s most popular silhouettes, but time and time again the non-skateboarding sneaker continues to release in some pretty impressive colorways.
One of the latest that just began arriving at retailers is the Cherry Blossom colorway that was a part of a bigger collection from Nike that included a handful of silhouettes. This latest colorway doesn’t take on a vibrant or eye-catching upper, but it does utilize an impressive material/texture. This may look like an all-black Stefan Janoski Max at first glance, but the special features are in the details. The toebox of this Janoski has been hit with a nice fish scale textured leather in black while solid leather is featured on the side panels. Additional details include a silver Swoosh, white branding and a white midsole/outsole.
You’ll be able to purchase this pair of Janos in the near future at select Nike SB retailers.

Author’s Take
The fish scale leather on the toe is a really nice look on this shoe. I wonder what the shoe would have looked like if the entire thing would have been covered in fish scales.
