If you thought that the adidas Originals Stan Smith was done as far as different makeovers is concerned, then do I have a surprise for you. The once classic tennis sneaker has transformed into a lifestyle staple within the last year and we have seen it undergo many changes within that time span.
Just a couple of months ago we saw the retro adidas sneaker get dressed in up in adidas’ newest makeup, Primeknit. This new rendition isn’t exactly as cool as Primeknit, but it’s pretty close. The Stan Smith will be laced with a textile upper for the Summer that is sure to provide your foot with great ventilation, breathabiity and comfort. Both colorways above come with a white vulcanized rubber midsole for durability and that classic look. You’ll have your option of either Black/White and Blue/Black/Gold when visiting your local adidas retailer.

Author’s Take
I’m not gonna lie, no matter what colorway or material is used on the Stan Smith, I always see it as a grandpa shoe. And I’m not anywhere close to being a grandpa yet, so these are a definite pass for me. #OldManSwag
