While the federal lawsuit against several former Nike employees who stole over $680,000 USD worth of rare shoes concluded quickly, Nike isn't having the same success with another state lawsuit related to the theft of Nike trade secrets. The lawyer for three former Nike designers -- Marc Dolce, Mark Miner and Denis Dekovic, said earlier that there is no proof that trade secrets were leaked, saying "After examining 27 electronic devices and after the designers produced over 69,113 pages of information in discovery, Nike still has no evidence of any actionable misappropriation of trade secrets." Earlier this year, Nike sued the three designers after accusing them of exchanging high level secrets to land jobs at rival adidas. The three fired back in March, and alleged that Nike violated their privacy, adding to this ongoing saga.
