adidas Taps Australian Artists to Interpret "Supercolor" Pack

In conjunction with the release of the Pharrell Williams Supercolor collection, adidas Originals has tapped five Australian artists to interpret a color from the range in an art piece that represents what it means to be a Superstar. Paper engineer Benja Harney found inspiration in the fact that genetically, 1 in every 2 million lobsters is blue; graphic artist Georgia Perry paid tribute to the Superstar’s rich history with a solar pink poster; creative duo Tin & Ed created an abstract image that incorporated a pool noodle for their triptych photo series; artist Jonathan Zawada also created a triptych photographic series, playing on the variations of colour and texture within the red Superstar; and finally, photographer James Tolich choose to work with bright yellow, creating an image of the shoe raining down against a sky blue background.
