Dwight Howard’s contract with adidas is about to be over at the conclusion of this season. So what could be next for one of the NBA’s most dominant big men (when healthy). Could he be the next Jordan Brand athlete? The picture above may suggests that he could. Yesterday, Dwight Howard was seen throwing full court shots (he made one!) during a Houston Rockets practice session. Nothing out of the ordinary, right? The thing is, he was doing it while rocking a pair of the Air Jordan 1. Although he still wears adidas on the hardwood, it looks like he has other preferences outside the court. With that being said, would it be wise for Jordan Brand to reach out to Dwight? Dwight Howard’s tenure with adidas was completely irrelevant and forgetful, so I’m sure he would be open to the idea of signing with Jordan Brand (or any other brand for that matter). The real question is if Jordan wants a ‘big man’ on their roster. Thoughts?
