adidas Originals ZX Flux NPS “Premium Knit” – Solid Grey

adi adi1 adi2

A burgeoning favorite by many, the adidas Originals ZX Flux has transcended into an essential lifestyle sneaker.

Highlighting this ZX Flux NPS rendition, the silhouette boasts a premium knit upper in classic Grey, while ensuring sufficient breathability and comfort throughout the foot’s natural shape. With an emphasis on minimalism and wearability, the low-top runner’s sleek Grey base is offset nicely by Collegiate Royal Blue hits gracing the laces, tongue and inner lining constructed of neoprene.

Free from adidas’ hallmark three stripes branding, the model is additionally reinforced by its signature heel cage, all while sitting atop a clean, White midsole unit that’s adhered to a Black outsole. Find this iteration of the ZX Flux at adidas retailers now.

Author’s Take

It’s no question that the ZX Flux is somewhat of Nike’s Roshe Run, in terms of various wearability and the perfect lifestyle sneaker. I’m not a fan of this design in particular but there are quite a few other models that seem more appealing, although I do like the three stripes being absent.

More colorways should be on the way, so you should wait if you can.
