adidas Just Released The Tubular GSG9 Model For The Fall

As if the adidas Originals wasn’t already busy enough with its new Tubular X hybrid model, the Three Stripes just keeps the heat coming.

Just as we’re getting accustomed to the Tubular x getting treated with the Primeknit upper, adidas introduces a brand new Tubular silhouette. The new Winterized version of the lifestyle runner recently appeared on adidas’ website and is being known as the Tubular GsG9. It features a Cordura nylon and suede upper making them more warm and cozy for the Fall and Winter months. Another detail is high cut and the traditional Tubular outsole with two-tone detailing. So far there’s three color options available: Core Black, Sand and a grey camo version.

All three are available right now on adidas.com for $150 each.

Author’s Take

This Tubbular kind of looks like a snowboarding boot. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just different. Not sure if I would ever rock such a high sneaker.
