The Women’s adidas Y-3 Qasa Elle Lace “Nightcar”

The women’s iteration of the men’s Y-3 Qasa High is revealed with this adidas Y-3 Qasa Elle Lace.

As part of the brand’s extensive Fall 2015 collection, the silhouette takes cues from its men’s counterpart, although styled in a much streamlined and feminine build. Constructed of various materials such as fleece, neoprene and synthetics, the model is particularly defined by its distinctive strap as the lacing component. Officially shaded in Nightcar/Black, Orange accents are applied across the adidas and Y-3 branding on the strap, while a clean, White tubular sole unit finishes off the overall composition.

Author’s Take

Since the Qasa High’s introduction, I’ve always admired Yohji Yamamoto’s footwear offerings for adidas Y-3. This model is a nice variation for women’s and honestly, I wouldn’t mind wearing a pair. I’m liking the colorway too!
