The UNITED ARROWS & SONS x adidas Originals Master Returns Today!

master 1 master 2

The adidas Original Master is an adidas Originals model that was introduced to the world way back in the 1970s that was actually considered to be a sneaker for referees.  After a long period of time of sitting on the shelf, UNITED ARROWS & SONS teamed up adidas Originals late in 2014 to bring back the Master in an all white colorway. Now close to a year later, we see the return of the Master once again with a little hep from UNITED ARROWS & SONS.

This time around the adidas Master will come in an all-black premium matter leather upper. Similar looking to the Stan Smith, the main difference in this shoe is that it comes with a set of three Velcro straps to take the place of the laces. Gold hits appear on the adidas branding which appear on the heel tab, tongue and the top velcro strap. Siad to have released today at UNITED ARROWS & SONS in Tokyo, you can get a pair of your own for $160.

 Author’s Take

Not down with the velro, man. My grandma rocks it, but I’m not in that stage in my life where I feel the need to rock these kind of kicks yet. Nothing against the construction of the shoe, I’m just no too fond of the style.
