Following the debut of the adidas MESSI15 Cleats this past summer 2015, Lionel Messi is treated with another special release, which further celebrates the greatest number 10 in the history of soccer, with the adidas Messi 10/10.
An extremely limited edition cleat with just 100 pairs offered worldwide, the silhouette essentially commemorates Messi’s greatness in soccer, with his iconic shirt number “10” set on the heel in metallic gold, while the upper dons black with the unique Team Messi logo embossed across the forefoot. Additionally, the signature MessiFRAME and GAMETRAX are finished in electroplated gold and deep red.
Interestingly, if you’re interested in purchasing, 89 of the 100 pairs will be on sale for one day only, exclusively at the adidas store in Barcelona. The shoe’s exclusivity is marked by an embossed premium leather tag featuring the serial number for that pair. Of the remaining 11 pairs produced worldwide, one pair will go to Messi himself. The final ten pairs will be sent to the players recently named as the members of the adidas Backed by Messi campaign.
Marking the start of a new tradition of collector’s edition Messi cleat launches, which will drop on the same date every year, look for these special adidas Messi 10/10’s at the adidas Barcelona store on October 10.

I’m a fan of Lionel Messi and his recent Messi15 Cleat. Although I’m not really a soccer fanatic, the cleats are pretty sleek design wise. I like the color combination overall and that gold finish.
