When you sign a reported$200 million endorsement deal with a company, or perhaps a shade less, you’d have to imagine there’s going to be a lot of perks that come along with your new, lucrative business relationship. James Harden found that out on the first day of his new deal with adidas when the company dropped off a truckload of sneakers at his doorstep.
Literally.
With the tagline “The Wait Is Over,” adidas jump-started Harden’s deal in style and now everybody can quit making a fuss over him rocking other brands — before his deal officially began.
Do you see all these sneakers? He’s gotta have most of their lifestyle kicks in every color, and certainly every basketball sneaker they’ve ever made.
Plus, why would he wearing anything but the three stripes at this point? Not only is he contractually obligated to leave other brands in the closet, but between his new endorsement deal with adidas, and a certain Kardashian sister he’s been seeing, there’s got to be 20 pairs of Yeezy’s in his closet.
