Is This What The adidas Yeezy 350 Boost Pirate Black 2016 Restock Will Look Like?

By now, you probably already heard about the adidas Yeezy 350 Boost Pirate Black restock that’s supposed to happen on February 19th. What many people are wondering, is if the shoe is going to be a “real” restock. In other words, is the same exact Yeezy 350 Boost Pirate Black going to drop? Judging by the picture you see above, there seems to be some subtle differences on the upcoming “restock” that suggests that this will not be the “exact” same release.

John Melchico, adidas Global Brand Ambassador recently provided a picture that shows the adidas Yeezy 350 Boost Pirate Black that’s supposed to restock this month. The changes on the shoe include the addition of a blue ankle collar as well as more noticeable white stitching going down the middle of the toe. It’s been said that this exact same model of the Pirate Black that you see above was seen on the runway during Yeezy Season 2. We were unsure if this was an exclusive of some sort, but now appears as if it will release to the public. Now that you’ve seen the subtle changes, are you still looking to pick up a pair? Is this better than the first run of the Pirate Blacks? Do the changes even make a difference? Do you even care? Would you pick up anything the Kanye release regardless of the color? Let us know down low!

Author’s Take

Not sure what the point of the subtle changes are. Regardless, they’re going to sell like pancakes.
