if you tuned into NBA All Star Weekend this year then you should be very familiar with Aaron Gordon. The high-flyer from the Orlando Magic had EVERYONE talking about his performance from the annual Slam Dunk contest in which he arguably put up the best dunk of all.
Last night Gordon and the Magic faced off against the struggling Philadelphia 76ers and he was wearing the Nike HyperRev 2016. Midway through the 2nd half Gordon’s kicks literally exploded. As you can see in the images above the shoes came apart from the seams on the toe and he was forced to switch them out for another pair.
When you put up amazing dunks like this it shouldn’t be much of a surprise.
