James Harden Wore An adidas Crazylight Boost 2015 That Tracked His Movements

If you caught the Rockets vs Trailblazers game yesterday then you may have noticed that James Harden was wearing a new colorway of the adidas Crazylight Boost 2015.

It was a new all-white colorway that was hit with hand-drawn black speckling along the entire side of each shoe. It turns out that this was a custom job by the people over at adidas as they were using the pattern that was drawn on Harden’s Crazylight Boost 2015 to map movement that allows them to work on the cushioning, stability, and traction of the shoe. These are all things that will come in handy when adidas creates Harden’s upcoming signature shoe which they appear to already be working on.

Pretty cool technology is you ask me. Are you looking forward to James Harden’s first signature shoe with adidas?

Author’s Take

This is some really cool technology being used by adidas. There’s nothing like tracking a player’s movements while he’s actually playing in a game because it allows them to see exactly what types of foot movements James does on a daily basis.
