Adidas is in the midst of a big All Star Weekend that’s full of more than enough releases. Tomorrow we’ll be seeing the release of the adidas Primeknit Glow-in-the-Dark Pack that features the classic Superstar along with the Tubular X.
Adding to everything that theyt have to offer already, the Three Stripes has created another All Star colorway of the Superstar. Known as the adidas Originals Superstar XENO All Star, this new version of the classic shell toe comes in an all-red upper with XENO technology used sparingly on the side panels, heel tab and toe. Part of the adidas Spectrum Pack, you can find this all-red and other colorways at select retailers now for $120.
Author’s Take
If the shoe is gonna use adidas’ XENO technology I would have preferred to see a little more color/contrast on the upper. To the common person this will just look like an all-red Superstar.
