If you didn’t already know, Chinese New Year is celebrated today and adidas released a very special sneaker in order to commemorate the event.
Releasing on the adidas.com website today was this Chinese New Year colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost. We had been seeing different images of this festive colorway of the Ultra Boost but never really knew its significance or release date until today. This special edition of the adidas Ultra Boost takes inspiration from the Year of the Moneky and features a navy Primeknit upper with multicolor graphics landing on the toecap. Other details include a red inner liner and Year of the Monkey branding on the tongue.

Nice colorway of the Ultra Boost but I think it could have been better if more of the Primeknit was done in multicolor.
