Singapore’s Limited Edt will be releasing a new collaboration with adidas featuring the ZX Flux and the Superstar 80v.
Inspired by the characteristic of the Batik fabrics that are part of Singapore’s traditional attire, the Limited Edt x adidas Consortium Superstar 80v and ZX Flux come adorned with intricate patterns on the upper. The patterns are created in an intricate process whereby colors are applied in multiple cycles of painting, dyeing, and rinsing. Limited Edit decided to take a different route on this project and focused on the distinctive designs and created a custom floral pattern incorporating Singapore’s national flower, an orchid, the adidas Trefoil, and the store’s own emblem. The ZX Flux features a fabric upper with a blue base and flower graphics covering the entire upper. The heel cage has been done in gold for that extra pop. Then we have the Superstar which comes with a black leather base with the floral print landing on the inner liner, heel tab, and tongue. The signature shell toe has been done in rose gold for another pop.
Both shoes will release at Limited Edt on November 22nd and online at limitededt.com followed by a general global release on November 28th. The Superstar will retail for $150 and the ZX Flux for $130.

Author’s Take
The inspiration behind these colorways is something that I’m sure people from Singapore will appreciate as well as fand of floral prints. The ZX Flux uses a little too much of that print for me so if I had to pick one I would go with the Superstar. That rose gold shell toe is a nice look.
