The Nike Air Foamposite Pro releases have slowed down considerably since we saw the White/Gorge Green release back in early October. So while we wait for the He Got Game colorway that may or may not release next month, today we get a closer look at another Yeezy-inspired version.
This future colorway of the popular retro Nike Basketball silhouette has been seen before in a couple of pictures that were kind of hard to really make out the look of the shoe. Today however we get our best look at the sneaker yet that features a light grey upper with darker grey landing on the eyestay, laces, tongue and heel tab. The inner liner is done in solar red and the light green outsole glows in the dark. All of thes components together make us think back of the “Pure Platinum” colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 which many people are still trying to hunt down today. It’s not hard to see that Nike is still taking subtle shots at Kanye by releasing colorways like this.
At the moment these Yeezy-inspired Foams are scheduled to release in March of 2016 for a retail price of $250. But as you know there is always changes, so we’ll keep you updated. Do you think that we’ll ever see Nike try to mimic the adidas Yeezy Boost 750 Black or any other colorway?

Author’s Take
Yeezy-inspired or not, I can’t see myself paying this kind of money on a Foamposite. I’ve never been too big of a fan of the silhouette and this colorway doesn’t change my opinion.
