The adidas D Lillard 1 The Gauntlet is said to be inspired by the Uprising Gauntlet basketball tournament. The shoe will feature a silver leather upper paired up with a patterned bootie as well as a white midsole laying on top of a icy blue-tinted translucent outsole. The adidas D Lillard 1 was never my cup of tea. This all-silver version is on the flashy side, but it’s definitely not for me. It’s a solid offering, but I’m going to have to pass on the model and colorway.
