The Yeezy Boost 350 is Reselling for Over $1,000 USD

Called by some writers an "insane inevitability," the Yeezy Boost 350 has been reported as being resold for as high as $1,000 USD on eBay after its public release over the weekend. The news comes after a fiasco surrounding adidas' Confirmed app, which effectively roadblocked interested buyers from reserving and purchasing a pair during the initial rollout. Accordingly, anticipation built. The irony of the situation still remains in West's original tenet that his footwear collection would be easily accessible to his supporters and fans, but with online inventory selling out in under ten seconds and European and Canadian audiences finishing off the remaining stock worldwide, it seems as if the dark side of sneaker re-selling has reared its head into the release. For now, the answer for the Yeezy-less may be to try their hand at the resale marketplace, but hopefully adidas will sate would-be buyers in the coming weeks.
