adidas Confirmed App Failed and the Yeezy Boost 350 Released Earlier than Planned

The adidas Confirmed app launched earlier today, allowing users to reserve a pair of the highly-anticipated Yeezy Boost 350. Unfortunately however, sneakerheads ran into some trouble. Ok, a lot of trouble. Users took to Twitter to complain that the app wasn't working properly, and most importantly, not allowing them to place their reservation. adidas has since halted reservations for New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.

On top of the app fiasco, some people were able to purchase the adidas x Kanye West follow up a little earlier on adidas.com, placing orders days before its scheduled release. adidas caught the error, canceling each order with a kind e-mail apologizing for the glitch.

Well if this is any indication of how Saturday's official release may go, this should get quite interesting.
