Heralded Japanese designer Kabuki Kuraishi continues his long-time partnership with German sportswear company adidas and its 84 Lab line, which embodies a strong focus on Japanese streetwear merged with technical sportswear. Together, they align with Hong-Kong based retailer CLOT to create a limited edition KZK x CLOT x adidas Originals Superstar 80s 84-Lab.
Inspired from the military, the timeless Superstar silhouette incorporates synthetic nylon uppers which has been tweaked with an intricate camouflage print throughout. Overall maintaining its iconic makeup, such as adidas’ hallmark stripes branding on the sides in Black, a trefoil branded heel tab and the model’s signature rubber shell toe, the overall composition is topped off with an Off-White sole unit and White laces.
