Back in 2005 adidas Originals created a homage to their founder and namesake, adding a picture of Adi Dassler to the heel on a solid remake of the OG vintage Superstar. Now celebrating ten years, the label produces a standout adidas Consortium Superstar x Dassler silhouette.
This 10th Anniversary Consortium Superstar incorporates premium soft Black leather upper complimented by White leather heel tabs and its hallmark three stripes along the medial. Adi’s face graces the of both shoes once again, debossed in Black and White to continue its respective palette. Nicely contrasted with the Superstar’s signature toebox and sole unit in Off-White, finishing touches consists of Black or White laces, while 10th Anniversary branding is featured on the inside tongue label and suede footbed.
The adidas Consortium Superstar x Dassler “10th Anniversary” will be available at select adidas retailers starting January 31st for $150.
