Though slowly returning to the MVP-caliber of play he was once celebrated for, Derrick Rose still sits atop adidas Basketball’s signature sneaker line with his D Rose 4 silhouette. That innovative model has received its latest colorway with today’s announcement of the “Chicago Nightfall” release. Paying tribute to Rose’s hometown and its unique appearance at night, the purple hues represent the twilight sky over Lake Michigan, while the reflection of Chicago’s city lights serve as inspiration for the yellow accents and colorful collar lining. Additional details show a metallic finish on the front half of this model, a lightly speckled sole unit, gradient laces and D Rose branding throughout. The adidas D Rose 4 “Chicago Nightfall” will be available November 21 for $140 USD at various retailers around the globe.
