The adidas Originals Micro Pacer was a sneaker that released way ahead of its time. As a matter of fact, if it were to release today, I still think it would be a pretty modern offering. I mean, it comes with built-in sensor on the shoe for crying out loud! Making its initial debut back in 1984, adidas has decided to bring back the adidas Originals Micro Pacer in 2015.
The adidas Originals Micro Pacer comes with an upper constructed from a circular knit, abrasion-resistant overlays all sitting on top of a injected EVA midsole that provides lightweight comfort for your feet. The Three Stripes also decided to bring back the original microcomputer LED screen, which can be seen via a see-through window on the front placket of the shoe. Coming in two tonal offerings, you can now pick up either colorway for the retail price of $175.

Author’s Take
I thought the shoe has a pretty dope retro-futuristic look to them. I was really diggin’ them, until I saw the price. Damn. Maybe if they make it a hybrid and add a Boost sole, but not as is.
