To a vast number of people, the adidas EQT Running Support 93 is perfect as is. To others, a modern upgrade on a shoe is more than welcomed. Take for example this version of the adidas EQT Running Support 93, which happens to come with an upper full of faux-snakeskin hits.
When it comes to the technology and build of the shoe, the classic adidas runner appears to stay true to form. The only difference lies in the material used on the shoe’s upper. This version of the Running Support 93 keeps its original colorwar, but the original materials are exchanged for some faux-snakeskin panels. Adding this textured upper really gives the shoe a refreshing new look we’re not used to seeing it in. A darker snakeskin is placed on the side panels, while a lighter snakeskin can be spotted on the heel, toe and bottom portion of the side panels. Author’s Take
Since I have no kind of connection or nostalgia towards the shoe, I see no problem with the shoe getting a modern take. It looks more than good to me. I’m not too sure how other people will react to it, though.
