Kanye West officially debuted his highly anticipated and long awaited Yeezy Season One collection with adidas Originals yesterday in NYC to coincide with New York Fashion Week.
Hosting a star studded guest attendance that included fashion’s elite such as Anna Wintour and Alexander Wang, alongside well respected names including Russell Simons, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Diddy and many more – male and female models marched down the runway flaunting Kanye’s signature aesthetic, which emphasized distressed military archetypes, infused with androgynous sensibilities and minimalistic elegance.
While an array of apparel were displayed, so were a few distinct range of footwear. In addition to the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost, a low-top variation is also offered in tones of Black and White. Furthermore, a rendition of the classic duck boot was showcased, alongside heeled boots for women – all of which complemented the ensembles perfectly.
