NBA Kicks: Carmelo Anthony scores 62 points in Jordan Melo M10 PE, Isaiah Thomas debuts Reebok Rail

2014 - January 25 - CoverCarmelo Anthony had a game for the ages on Friday night when he scored a New York Knicks franchise record (and Madison Square Garden record, which we’re supposed to care about because it’s New York) 62 points against the Charlotte Bobcats. It seemed appropriate that Anthony would put on this type of performance against a team that happens to be owned by his other boss, Michael Jordan, and that he did it in the Jordan Melo M10, arguably the best signature shoe that Jordan Brand has ever produced that didn’t have an “Air” prefix; these are the type of nights we need to see more of from guys like ‘Melo and Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. Put up memorable performances like these and maybe people will gravitate towards those kicks more instead of just looking up whatever the hot retro of the week happens to be.2014 - January 25 - 31d

In other NBA Kicks news, Isaiah Thomas debuted the Reebok Rail en route to a big scoring night, Andre Drummond went back to the “Fire Red” Air Jordan 3, Swaggy P has another Nike Kobe 8 iD for us to be jealous about and much more.
