adidas has finally given us a release date for the upcoming adidas D Rose 6.
After officially unveiling the silhouette earlier this month, we now have release dates for the first two colorway that will be releasing. The D Rose 6 will feature forefoot and Boost cushioning, a herringbone traction pattern and premium materials. The new FitFrame on the heel is a bold, rugged heel cage and straps that are constructed to deliver an adaptive fit and also represent Rose’s countless hours spent in the gym.
The black “Road” colorway features a diamond pattern that pays homage to Chicago’s architecture as well as the six-point star that represents the Chicago flag.
Look for the “Home” grey colorway to release on October 15th which will then be followed by the black and red “Road” colorway on November 5th. The adidas D Rose 6 will retail for $140.
Five more colorways of the adidas D Rose 6 are expected to be unveiled in 2015 so stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more.

Author’s Take
A lot of the Derrick Rose signature sneakers look very similar in my opinion. The new FitFrame on the heel gives the D Rose 6 a different look, but I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not. I also think that the $140 price tag will turn many people away.
