The adidas Y-3 Retro Boost has something very special planned for us for the Spring of 2016. With adidas and Yohji Yamamoto coming together to create another set of premium footwear, let’s get a first look at what they have in store for us next year.
What you see above is the adidas Y-3 Retro Boost rockin’ two different colorway for the Spring of 2016. One of them comes in a black upper with hits of royal resulting in some nice subtle contrast. The other option comes in a much more energetic make up as it opts to go for a multicolor look all over the upper contrasted by a bit of black. Both options will come with branding on the heel and side panels, while the white midsole assist in offsetting the look of the sneaker.

The adida Y-3 has definitely grown on me this past year. I used to think they were “weird” looking, but I’ve come to appreciate the subtle aesthetics that the Y-3 line has to offer. I’m hoping to pick up my very first pair in the near future.
