With the U.S. Open less than a week away, a handful of brands are coming out with different shoe and packs that commemorate one of tennis’ biggest events. Today adidas is proud to show us their very own “U.S. Open” pack consisting of the adidas Originals Stan Smith and the ZX Flux.
Adidas celebrates it tennis heritage by dressing up the Stan Smith in white leather with hits of orange felt places on the heel counter and additional orange spotted on the insole and tongue branding. The ZX Flux comes in either grey or red colorways. Both renditions have been treated with a custom hand-printed dyeing process making each pair one of a kind and unique. This process is said to mimic the performance pieces that the adidas athletes are set to wear on-court. Set to release in limited quantities at select flagships and retailers, you can try to pick up a pair on August 28th.

Nice little pack, but being that the Stan Smith is the actual tennis shoe, they should have come out with 2 of those and one of the ZX Flux. Either way, pretty dope pack on behalf of adidas.
