NBA Kicks: Lou Williams gets ready in Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October”

Yeah, Louis Williams broke these out last night...

Yeah, Lou Williams broke these out last night…

Lou Williams is one of the secret awesome sneakerheads in the NBA. He doesn’t necessarily bring the heat every night because he tends to favor a particular sneaker or two throughout the year (like the Nike LeBron 10 before he got hurt last season or the Gloves this season), but every once in a while he will break out with something that is sure to grab everybody’s attention. And what better way to garner attention than by rocking the most popular, hyped, beloved and hated (all at the same time) sneaker of the past year in the Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” prior to the Hawks’ Game 3 showdown against the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night? The answer is none because Williams got the headliner nod today.

As for the rest of the night in kicks, Blake Griffin once again had a big night in the Jordan Super.Fly 2 PO as the Clippers grabbed a 2-1 lead against the Warriors, Jeff Teague was feeling it against the Pacers in the adidas D Rose 4.5, Courtney Lee brought it back to the good old days with the Jumpman Team 1 and much more.
