NCAA Kicks: Final Four is set with one adidas school going up against three from Nike

Last year could not have turned out any better for adidas* in the NCAA Tournament. The championship game featured two schools rocking the three stripes and the eventual champion Louisville was wearing their highly-touted but often-critcized sleeved jerseys. This year’s journey for a repeat will be a little bit tougher this time around as Wisconsin will be the lone representative against three Nike schools in Conneticut, Florida and Kentucky. For those who care about brand supremacy, this will be fun to watch.


But for now, let’s enjoy the weekend that was in college kicks from the recently deposed like Arizona and Dayton along with the schools that will be moving on to the college game’s most high profile stage.

*Well, except for the Kevin Ware incident that wasn’t really adidas’ fault but internet sneakerheads think is funny when it’s just childish and shows a lack of decorum and respect.
