adidas Crazy 97 "1997 Dunk Contest" Packer Shoes Exclusive

As the NBA celebrated its 50th anniversary at the 1997 NBA All-Star Weekend festivities in Cleveland, fans were introduced to a future Hall-of-Famer and one of the best players in the storied history of the league: then Los Angeles Lakes rookie Kobe Bryant. That weekend fans saw Bryant take home the Slam Dunk Contest trophy as he attacked the rim in an apropos colorway of the aptly named adidas EQT Elevation. Rechristened as the Crazy 97, Bryant's contest-winning kicks have be resurrected for an exclusive release at New Jersey's Packer Shoes. True to form, the shoes retain their "Feet You Wear" technology, EVA midsole, and bold Lakers-inspired upper of purple and black leather and mesh with patent white Three Stripes branding. Complete with gold holograms housing Bryant's former jersey number, the adidas Crazy 97 "1997 Dunk Contest" is now available in-store and online in limited quantities for $110 USD.
