Back in February of this year we saw the release of the adidas crazy 8 “Blue Print x Kareem Abdul Jabbar that featured an all-royal blue synthetic suede upper with white accents. Ten long months later we are given the second installment of this collaboration between the legends.
The adidas Crazy 8 x Kareem Abdul Jabbar “The Blueprint 2″ uses similar colors as it’s predecessor but with a completely new look. This adidas Crazy 8 sits atop a gum outsole and features a white leather upper. Blue detailing from the graph paper (blueprints) take over the midsole and the contrast stitching. Touches of Kareem’s legacy are included in the form of his signature on the collar, his number 33 on the lower tongue and his signature “hook shot” pose on the tongue patch.
