Vans' Vault imprint and Daiki Suzuki’s Engineered Garments come together this fall to create a range of classic footwear for the New York outpost of Japan's NEPENTHES. Featuring OG LX takes on both the Authentic and Classic Slip-On, the collection embraces a "positive-negative" concept in the form of mismatched sneakers as a nod to those in fashion in the 1970s: each pair couples a smooth leather version with a corresponding unfinished hide. The entire range of subtly executed colorways is set to launch Tuesday, September 10 at NEPENTHES New York with a celebratory opening of the limited-time pop-up shop slated for that night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. EDT.
