While the Grey Heather / Black variant was featured yesterday, adidas provides a glimpse on its upcoming range of Tubular models for F/W 2014. Led under the creative direction of Nick Galway, adidas’ VP of Global Design, the adidas Originals Tubular silhouette was created to push the boundaries of sneaker culture, while still retaining the aesthetic roots of the German-sportswear brand.
Boasting a clean, thick white outsole, utilizing a supportive ring of EVA that loops around a softer tube for an added layer of cushioning, the upper is comprised of mesh and leather panelling throughout for a sleek, solid finish. Seen here in shades of burgundy, navy, black and grey – look for the Tubular runners to drop at select adidas Originals retailers worldwide, starting November 21st.
