Canadians and Minnesota fans rejoice as the beloved Andrew Wiggins was recently crowned this year’s NBA Rookie Of The Year. Since Andrew was the first to debut the adidas Crazylight Boost 2015, it’s no surprise that adidas is bringing us a colorway in honor of his achievement on the silhouette.
Inspired by his upbringing in Canada, the sneaker features Maple Leaf graphics throughout the upper and insole. The sneaker’s color scheme comes from Andrew’s journey into the NBA featuring colors from his High School team, the Kansas Jayhawks, and of course the Minnesota Timberwolves. As an added touch of flair, 3M line the sneaker’s toe box. On the sneaker’s tongues, “R.O.Y 2015″ and “AW” pay tribute to the spectacular Minnesota Rookie. After releasing exclusively on adidas.com and a Footlocker in the Mall of America, we can expect many fans will be looking to cop this coveted pair.
There’s no news of the sneaker releasing again, but stay tuned to KoF as we keep you updated! In the meantime, let us know what you think of the sneaker below!

I had the chance to see these in person, and they are definitely crazy! The sneaker’s backstory/theme is definitely what makes this sneaker so special.
As a Canadian and a Minnesota Timberwolves fan, these were a must have!
