Today adidas unveils the brazuca - the official match ball for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. An informal term that loosely symbolizes national pride and the Brazilian way of life, the "brazuca" features a revolutionary design consisting of six identical panels and a unique surface that offers improved grip, touch stability and aerodynamic flight in all conditions. Predominately white, the ball features a multicolored ribbon motif throughout as a nod to the South American nation's vibrant style and the ubiquitous wish bracelets worn throughout Brazil. The adidas brazuca is now available to pre-order online and will hit the pitch when the Brazil-hosted World Cup kicks off June 12, 2014.
