In about one day, Europe will have the chance to pick up a pair from the Pharrel x BBC adidas Stan Smith Ice Cream pack. If you’re familiar with Billionaire Boy’s Club, these sneakers may remind you of better days. Let’s take a better look.
The Pharrel x BBC adidas Stan Smith Ice Cream pack consists of two pairs of the adidas Originals Stan Smith being given the BBC treatment. Close to ten years ago, Pharrel and BBC designed sneakers that happen to utilize those same patterns you see on the Stan Smiths above. I’m talking about the print that features dollar signs, diamonds and beepers (insert emojis here). The Stan Smith pairs are meant to pay homage to those sneakers from 10 years ago. One pair comes in a white pony hair upper, while the second pair comes in a black pony hair upper. The black pair comes with a icy translucent sole unit and the white pair comes with a magenta sole unit. Dual branding appears on the tongue, while additional BBC branding can be seen on the heel of the shoe. Retailing for $200, how many of you are looking forward to seeing these release in the states?

Author’s Take
Never been a fan of the pony hair look, and the BBC label was never something I got into. With that being said, I’d be okay if these were to never arrive in the states.
