American sneaker manufacturer K-Swiss has acquired One Distribution, a leading distributor of skate-inspired apparel and owner of both Supra and Kr3w Denim Co. K-Swiss Global Brands (KSGB) today announced the purchase publicly and revealed that Robert 'Cape' Capener, who has previously held senior positions at Reebok, No Fear and adidas, will be the new Brand President of both Supra and Kr3W. KSGB President and CEO Larry Remington has spoken on the acquisition, claiming that “SUPRA and KR3W are brands that meet the distinctions we are looking for in our portfolio: authenticity, strong brand awareness, a track record of product innovation and opportunities for long-term, global growth."
