The adidas Originals Superstar 80s Metal Pack gets their creative juices flowing. Looking to give the classic silhouette a revamped look, adidas decided to give the shell toe a metallic look. Coming in two different colorways, let’s take a closer look.
The first pair of the pack comes in an off-white suede upper that ends up taking care of the majority of the upper, with the exception of the shell toe. Instead of coming in the same ff-white hue, the shell toe is covered in a copper colored hue. The second pair comes in a black suede upper, with the shell toe coming in more tonal metal look. Both pairs will come with white sole units as well as with tonal laces and branding. Said to be available internationally, will you be picking these up once they arrive stateside?

I like the metal look on the shell toe, but I feel like it looks a little bit unbalanced. If there were additional metal hits on the shoe, such as in the heel or tongue I feel like the shoe would flow a lot better.
