With Kanye West joining the team over at adidas this year you can argue that the Three Stripes are more popular at this very moment than they have EVER been.
Kanye has such a strong influence in everything he does or says or wears that as soon as people catch on it spreads like wildfire. Kanye has done wonders for adidas, specifically they’re Boost sneakers. Earlier this year he was seen wearing a pair of all-white adidas Ultra Boost and they sold out on the adidas website the next day. Now every time there’s a restock it’s a rat race to get a pair to wear for yourself to resell. So now that the Ultra Boost is riding a wave of popularity and we’re beginning to see adidas make some changes to the super comfy runner. The newest colorway comes with the wave pattern on the upper that sees various shades of green placed on the upper that start with dark on the outside of the shoe and get lighter as you go in. Grey detailing lands on the laces and inner liner for contrast along with a white Boost midsole. This opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for the Ultra Boost that has us all excited for the future.

I’ve been holding back on buying an Ultra Boost because I don’t really want to buy a tonal colorway. Now that we see this new wave pattern it gets me excited for what the future holds.
