The adidas ZX Flux Winter Boot is the brand’s latest foray into creating hybrid sneakers that are built to withstand the colder months ahead.
Essentially a reconstructed variation of the popular low-top silhouette, the lifestyle model is enhanced with a higher cut to allow more support as well as protection across the ankles. Straying from its traditional mesh composition, the model inherits an abrasion-resistant, ballistic nylon upper to perfectly withstand the elements. Further detailed with mesh lining and a inner neoprene sockliner, a trail-inspired rubber lug outsole offers maximum traction in various terrains.
Finishing details include a clean White midsole unit, hiking boot style eyelets, as well as laces in contrasting Yellow/Black. Overall dipped in tonal Black, you can find this rendition at select adidas retailers now for a price tag of $110.

Author’s Take
It’s really not a bad look. I’m not a fan of mid or high-cut silhouettes but this model is pretty nice. I’m not a fan of the laces/eyelets though.
