It was not too long ago that Sneakersnstuff linked up with adidas to create a collection that featured the EQT Running Guidance 93, Stan Smith and the ZX Flux.
Now the two have joined forces once again to create the Sneakersnstuff x adidas Originals “Swedish Satellite” Pack. The three-pack of adidas Originals silhouettes consists of the Stan Smith, Superstar and Tubular Runner. The collection draws inspiration from a space trip made by American astronaut Michael Collins and how he accidentally lost the Hasselblad camera during NASA’s space program Gemini X. This lost camera is known as the first Swedish satellite since it may still be orbiting in space right now. The story is represented by each of the silhouettes. The Stan Smith is meant to represent the “Spacesuit”, the Superstar symbolizes the “Camera” and the Tubular Runner dubbed “Starry” is inspired by the stars in space.
The adidas Originals Stan Smith ”Spacesuit” releases on September 12th, the adidas Originals Tubular Runner ”Starry” on September 16th and the adidas Originals Superstar ”Camera” on September 19th.

Author’s Take
The concept/inspiration between this collection is one that took a lot of creativity and originality. Out of the three my favorite is the Stan Smith that mimics the spacesuit.
