The next adidas sneaker that’s seen rocking a Primeknit upper is none other than the classic adidas Originals Campus 80s. With the Campus 80s usually opting to go with a suede/nubuck upper, the Primeknit on the upper definitely gives the sneaker a new and modern look.
The minimal aesthetics on the adidas Originals Campus 80s gets a nice upgrade while still maintaining the blueprint essentials. The Primeknit upper makes the shoe a lot more comfortable and breathable. Coming in either “Footwear White” or “Core Black”, both options opt to take the monochromatic route since their respective sole units also come in the same colorway. Available now internationally, look for the adidas Originals Campus 80s Primeknit to arrive in the states in the near future.

Author’s Take
Primeknit looks good in just about anything, with the adidas Originals Campus 80s not being an exception. Nice modern update that I’m sure will be welcomed with open arms.
