The adidas Originals ZX Flux hasn’t been involved in many collaborations since its creation last year. So when we see the popular lifestyle runner from adidas link up with another brand/boutique we make sure to take notice.
Releasing on July 18th (this upcoming Saturday), the Bodega x adidas Originals ZX Flux “2001: A Space Odyssey” pays homage to Stanley Kubrick’s classic film 2001: A Space Odyssey. The full black upper is meant to mimic outer space and the shades of yellow and orange represent the space suits that were used in the movie. The shoes also feature 3M hits on side panels and toe that look CRAZY when hit by the light. Don’t believe me? Watch the video below and see for yourself.

I expect this ZX Flux collaboration to be pretty limited, so I won’t even try my chances to cop them online. A really nice shoe and I love the concept too.
